What we collect
This site stores your email if you subscribe to the newsletter, optional analytics if you accept the banner, and an aggregate anonymous click count across the site (including the sticker hub /share/hiel) — no cookies, no identifiers:
- Newsletter and waitlists: if you subscribe to the newsletter or a waitlist (deluxe edition, Vol. II), your email is stored with Brevo to send only that kind of update. It requires explicit consent (checkbox) and you can unsubscribe on the site or by replying "UNSUBSCRIBE".
- Anonymous analytics (optional): if you accept the cookie banner, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate, cookieless) to count visits and events such as which sections you open — no ad profiling, no session recording, and no selling data to third parties. If you decline or don't respond, nothing is loaded or activated.
-
Anonymous click counts (whole site, including the sticker hub /share/hiel): aggregate CTA clicks (book, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, boutique, news, nav, language, footer, newsletter) on Cloudflare. No cookies, we do not store the IP. Uniques and country use a one-way hash / Cloudflare ISO code. On the hub,
?src=stickeronly tells us which QR was scanned. Not Hotjar, not ads. - Hub location (optional): if you grant GPS on /share/hiel, an approximate coordinate for that visit is stored for the private stats map. It is not published, not sent to Equipo, and not used for ads. If you deny GPS, no point is stored.
- Copy trail (/liberar): if you leave a comment or a photograph of a copy of Hiel, or mark on the map where you leave it, that is stored for Martín to read. It is not published by itself. You choose the map point; we do not use the phone’s GPS.
Cloudflare
The site is served from Cloudflare Pages (hosting and CDN). Cloudflare analytics is described above and only runs with your consent.
